Street artists in the 1980s turned this once abandoned construction project into a colorful art installation, nicknaming it The Foundation. The Austin Historic Landmark Commission voted one year ago to demolish the graffiti park that was officially launched in March of 2011. The Community Impact reports that the gallery will relocate to Carson Creek Ranch in east Austin.
